REIA, the Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, is a Real Estate Investor Association catering to many investor interests and experience levels. We are a professional real estate investors association managed by volunteers - your fellow investors.

| The REIA Membership is made up of individual real estate investors focused on assignments, wholesaling, flips, lease/options, landlording, rehabs, abandoned properties, probates, foreclosure auctions, REOs, land, single family, development, mobile homes, mobile home parks, self storage, multi-family properties of all sizes, commercial properties and more along with business professionals to support our many business and real estate investing interests. Real estate investors of all experience levels are welcome at REIA! |

REIA typically hosts nearly 80 networking and educational events every year. For information about this year's collection for those in need please check back as we approach the 14th Annual REIA Holiday Collection in November and plan to bring your donations to any November REIA Event.

The REIA Main "Monthly" Meeting, REIA Master Mind Group, a small, round-table discussion group, the Real Estate Round Table for New Real Estate Investors, the REIA Wholesalers Round Table and its commercial counterpart, the Commercial Deal Makers group can all be found on the REIA Calendar throughout the year as can the Everett REIA Chapter, Tacoma REIA Chapter, the Seattle Commercial and Multi-Family Chapter and the REIA Semi-Annual Networking Event along with many REIA Classes in Bellevue, Everett and Tacoma. Many REIA meetings feature one full hour of networking with fellow investors and "investor friendly" businesses that are a part of REIA while other meetings are dedicated Networking Events. REIA also offers a full legal update on laws that affect Real Estate Investors at least once a year.

REIA offers several Memberships to best serve our Members needs. Many more details are available on the REIA Membership Options page on this website. REIA Membership includes free admittance to most REIA events along with access to the Member-only REIA Forum, discounts on classes and workshops, discounts on goods and services, an online Business Associates Directory, useful articles and much more.

REIA Membership choices available include Individual Memberships, Dual Memberships for two people of the same household and Business Memberships for both Single Member Businesses and Business of up to three people of the same company.
Individual Military / Veteran Memberships and Dual Military / Veteran Memberships for current or honorably discharged US service members with Proof of Service or Form DD214, with our thanks for your service. | The REIA Ambassador Program is available to provide REIA Members with "REIA Bucks" that can be used toward Annual Dues or REIA Class with joining referrals of new REIA Members. |

| REIA was created and is managed by real estate investors for real estate investors. The founders of REIA created our association for the benefit of our industry, our fellow investors, business associates and ourselves. We have no interest in hype or hard sell. Our primary focuses are education, networking and creation of great real estate investing and business teams. |

| The Volunteers that manage REIA, including REIA Officers, are not in their positions for their personal gain or as a gateway to sell a product or service to the REIA Membership. Those who work in the real estate industry and volunteer for REIA are "off duty" from their day jobs in their implementation of their duties for REIA; REIA volunteers are here to benefit REIA Members, without hidden agendas or their "day jobs" as their motivations. REIA is an Association in business simply for the love of real estate investing...with both integrity and ethics firmly in hand. |
