About Us

Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, or REIA, is a non-profit Real Estate Investor Association of Professional Real Estate Investors of all levels of experience managed by volunteers--your fellow investors.

REIA presents Monthly Meetings with an expert in their field on a topic beneficial to real estate investors.  Each Monthly Meeting features one full hour of Networking with fellow investors and vendors...the Business Associates who are our potential real estate investing and business team members.  REIA also has several smaller "Master Mind" groups each month that offer smaller, round-table environments to help Members learn more, interact with more Members and give Members even more of the tools they need to achieve their real estate investing goals. 

REIA offers Individual Memberships, Dual Memberships for two people of the same household and Business Memberships for three people of the same company.  Membership includes free admittance to our Monthly Meeting and Master Mind Groups, discounts on classes and workshops, discounts on goods and services, an online Business Associates Directory, discounts on advertising with REIA and more. Our meetings are known for having the best groups dynamics around!

REIA was created and is managed BY real estate investors FOR real estate investors.  We that created and manage REIA do so for the benefit of our industry, our fellow investors and business associates and ourselves.  We have no interest in hype or hard sell.  Our primary focuses are education, networking and creation of great real estate investing and business teams.

The Officers of REIA are not in their positions for their personal gain or as a gateway to sell a product or service to the REIA Membership.  Those who work in the real estate industry and volunteer for REIA are "off duty" from their day jobs in their implementation of their duties for REIA--REIA volunteers are here to benefit REIA Members, without hidden agendas or their "day jobs" as their motivations.  REIA is an Association in business simply for the love of real estate investing...with both integrity and ethics firmly in hand.
