Our class day will include growing a multi-family real estate investing business, tax savings and asset protection!

Mark Shuler is doing what many real estate investors at all levels of experience and education aspire to do by graduating to multi-family properties, and he is "graduating" in a big way.
Mark joins us to discuss how he has grown his real estate investing business to 1,200 rental units in four years. He has created a path to increases in rents and the value of his properties through cosmetic changes, building and systems improvements and operational changes.

Chris Casey of Casey Law PLLC joins us to discuss Asset Protection. An LLC, or Limited Liability Company, is typically part of the Asset Protection strategy of choice for most real estate investors, for good reason. Protection from personal liability exposure along with the relative ease of entity management and pass-through taxes make utilization of one or more LLCs the most viable entity choice in many cases.
But is an LLC right for you?

Registration and Prepayment Deadlines
- Monday, April 5th. This class is open exclusively to REIA Members until this date.
- Monday, April 12th. Non-Members are welcome to register and attend if and as seating is available. Please note that seating is very limited due to social distancing guidelines; availability is not guaranteed.
- Prepayment Required. Prepay the class fee using the link that will be provided to registrants by email. Links will be sent by email throughout the registration period though not necessarily on the same day that you register.
- Wednesday, April 21st. Registration closes for everyone.
- Thursday, April 22nd. Registrations for those who have not prepaid their event fees will be cancelled. We will contact those on the waiting list in the order of registration on the waiting list.

Please plan to arrive as close to our 8 AM door opening as possible to allow sufficient time to check in and complete COVID screening in advance of our 9 AM class start.
If registration shows "full" sign up on the waiting list! A spot may open up! If there is enough demand on the waiting list we will try to offer a second meeting or enlarge the meeting room. Those who have not registered and prepaid this class will not be able to attend. No exceptions can be made.
