If you aren't familiar with the statewide Solicited Real Estate Law, we strongly encourage you to visit the related page. The same page includes information of the similar, but worse, City of Seattle Council Ordinance.

The upside? Washington State's "Middle Housing" law will likely grow into a benefit to our communities and create opportunities for what may be significant profit levels in many areas of real estate investing. Resources are being added to the Member area of the website.
