REIA, the Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, is a Bellevue Washington real estate investing association with Chapters in Everett and Tacoma plus a Chapter dedicated to Multi-Family and Commercial. We welcome all levels of real estate investors from "Newbies" to Seasoned Pros along with other real estate professionals and entrepreneurs. REIA rigorously promotes education, ethics and integrity in investing. REIA was founded and is managed by real estate investors and is volunteer managed. We meet regularly to stay informed and educated, network, share resources, build real estate investing teams and exchange information. Our Membership buys, sells, renovates, rents and manages real estate including mobile homes in parks and on land, single family dwellings, multi-family properties of all sizes and commercial real estate. We learn from active real estate investors, REIA Business Members and governmental agencies and maintain a high rate of active real estate investors within the REIA Membership. We do not invite 'gurus' to speak at REIA and resultantly are said to have many more Members succeeding in real estate investing than most associations in the country.
