Getting and keeping you and your business safe from prying eyes and out of reach of those trying to gain financially at your expense are essential for real estate investors, whether an investor is a seasoned pro or a newbie, before something goes wrong!

Mr. Casey is a Washington Attorney, long time REIA Business Member and a valued educator.
His focus is on personal and business liability protection, business formation, purchase and sale and other contract documentation and commercial building and multi-family residential housing owners in addition to serving as a Construction Defects attorney.
What distinguishes Mr. Casey is more than two decades of experience as a construction defects attorney, his record in the courtroom as a criminal prosecutor and civil trial attorney, as well as his commitment to developing long-term relationships with each client.

Registration and Prepayment Deadlines
• Registration is now open! This meeting is available to REIA Members and Non-Members with registration.
• Prepayment Required. This meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests will be billed $25 for the Non-Member Event Fee at the email address within your registration. Payments are due no later than 11:00 AM on meeting day and may be fully applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or before the meeting.
• Wednesday, September 17th. Registration closes at 11:59 PM.
• Thursday, September 18th. All event fees are payable no later than 11:00 AM. Sorry, we do not accept payment of Event Fees at the meeting.
Meeting day is Thursday, September 18th! Plan to arrive by 5:30 PM to check in and get in some networking time before the speaker begins. Bring your questions!

Payment In Full At Event Only
This REIA Tacoma Chapter Meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests are welcome and attend for $25 with registration, all of which may be applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or prior to the meeting. A payment link will be sent by email to those registered with an event fee due several days before the meeting. If you are a Gmail user and do not see the billing in your inbox please check both your spam and promotions folders!
Please see important registration and prepayment deadlines above. We are sorry but those who have not registered and, when applicable, prepaid this meeting will not be able to attend. No exceptions can be made. Refunds are permitted up until 48 hours before the event start then all event fees are non-refundable.
