Fellow REIA Member Bryan Edelman, Founder of LandLordOps, returns for a hands-on session with Leo, the AI property management assistant built for independent landlords and property managers.
In our last webinar, Bryan introduced Leo and showed how AI can simplify rent collection, maintenance tracking, and tenant communication. This session will include a quick recap of the first webinar, new live demos, and a Q&A. This time we’re going deeper. You’ll see Leo live, in action, managing real scenarios step-by-step, from handling tenant messages to scheduling repairs automatically. Whether you own 1 unit or 100, this is your chance to see how AI can make property management simpler, faster, and surprisingly human. You'll be able to ask Leo, not Bryan, direct questions and see how easy it really is.
We will see Leo manage some of the tasks that eat away hours of your time and energy every week. He'll do it automatically, quickly, efficiently and with minimal involvement from you.
Tenant communications. Rent collection, reminders, late charges. Repair requests that are promptly acknowledged and scheduled with both the tenant and the appropriate contact from your vendor list. Maintenance management. Easy access to the most recent landlord/tenant laws in your jurisdiction. Leo can easily handle 1-100 units. Do you have short-term rentals? He's got that too. About Our Speaker
Bryan Edelman is a fellow REIA Member, Founder and Builder with deep experience in AI and startups, having led engineering and product at Y Combinator and a16z-backed companies, TD Ameritrade’s Exploration Lab, and DreamWorks’ first VR projects.
He created LandLordOps to give independent landlords the same advantages as big property managers: rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance tracking on autopilot. His mission: make property management simple, stress-free, and profitable for everyday landlords.
