REIA Main Meeting

• The REIA Main Meeting is open to Members and Non-Members with registration.  
• REIA Members attend free with registration on this website. Guests are welcome and attend for $25. Guests fees are prepaid by paying the invoice that is sent by email. All Guest Event Fees paid can be applied to REIA Annual Dues if joining before or during the meeting.
• This meeting was one of the most challenging during COVID and has been the last to return. We are delighted to say It is about to resume! The meeting will be held on the second Monday of the month from 6 - 9 PM on a quarterly basis.
  
• Meeting location is typically the Hyatt Regency Bellevue or a nearby facility in Bellevue.

REIA Semi-Annual Networking Event

• REIA Semi-Annual Networking Events are open exclusively to REIA Members.
• Semi-Annual Networking Events are complimentary and available exclusively to REIA Members with registration on this website with a catch: if you register to attend and "no show" (or fail to cancel within the cancellation period) you will be charged. Why? If you can't be there we want to open up your spot to a Member who can attend as demand for this event typically exceeds capacity!
• REIA Semi-Annual Networking Events are typically held on the second Monday of April and October each year. Registration opens at the beginning of the month prior to the event. Early registration is very strongly recommended. This event is held from 6 PM - 9 PM.
• Each networking event provides an exceptional opportunity to network with investors and businesses in a fun, casual setting with plenty of hors d'oeurves. Bring lots of business cards and come hungry!
• Event locations are typically at Bellevue restaurants.

 

Space is limited and is typically available to the first one hundred twenty-five REIA Members who register.

REIA Chapter Meetings

• REIA Chapter meetings are open to REIA Members and Non-Members with registration. 
• REIA Members attend free with registration on this website. Guests are welcome and attend for $25. Guest fees are prepaid by paying the invoice that is sent by email. All Guest Event Fees paid can be applied to REIA Annual Dues if joining before or during the meeting.
• Everett REIA holds five meetings per year, typically on the 3rd Thursday of the month, plus several Saturday classes each year. Everett REIA typically meets at Staybridge Suites Mukilteo / Everett.
• REIA Commercial and Multi-Family Chapter holds six meetings per year, typically on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Hotel Nexus in north Seattle, plus several Saturday classes each year. This Chapter is restarting soon. Finally!
• Tacoma REIA holds six meetings per year, typically on the 3rd Thursday of the month, plus several Saturday classes each year. Tacoma REIA meets at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites on Portland Avenue in Tacoma.
• Everett REIA and Tacoma REIA Chapters periodically convert their evening meetings to Master Mind Group Meetings! 
• All Chapters typically meet from 6 PM - 9 PM with Saturday classes from 9 AM - 5 PM.

Please note that all Everett REIA Chapter Meetings are also offered at Tacoma REIA and visa versa.

REIA Members are automatically Members of all REIA Chapters!

REIA Classes

• REIA Classes are open to Members; Guests are welcome. Registration on this website is required for everyone.  
  
• Class Fees: REIA Members attend evening classes, when available, for $49, Guests attend for $69. Full day Saturday Classes are $99 for Members and $129 for Guests. All Guests who pay Non-Member pricing in advance of the class and join at or before the class will have their class fees reduced to Member Pricing when they join.
• Class Fee Savings available to REIA Members. REIA periodically offers REIA Bucks (coupons) at in-person meetings toward classes, discounts for multiple date class series and saving for REIA Volunteers. Additionally, U.S. Veterans and Active Duty Military who have provided their proof of service, and are REIA Members, typically get one to two complimentary classes per year, with our thanks for your service and sacrifices.
• Class locations: REIA Classes are often held on the eastside in Bellevue or surrounding areas as a central location to accommodate our ever growing Membership. Additionally, Everett REIA, Seattle REIA Commercial and Multi-Family Chapter and Tacoma REIA each offer classes in their communities several times each year. Please note that all Tacoma REIA Classes are also offered at Everett REIA and visa versa.
• REIA Evening Classes meet from 6 PM - 9 PM, REIA Saturday Classes from 9 AM - 5 PM.

Suggested arrival time is 30 minutes prior to the advertised class start time.

REIA Master Mind Group

• The REIA Master Mind Group is available exclusively to REIA Members.
• This meeting is a round-table discussion group available to all levels of real estate investing education and experience and is as close as many investors get to mentoring!.
• There is no charge to attend, however, registration is required. There is an associated cancellation fee with less than 48 hours notice; please see calendar pages for details.
• Meeting locations sometimes vary in Bellevue and surrounding areas; registrants are emailed specific location information at least two days before the meeting. 
• The Master Mind Group typically meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 6 PM - 9 PM.
• Registration opens the last day of the month for the next month's meeting. 
  

This meeting is small by design. Early registration is strongly recommended!

REIA Commercial Deal Makers

• REIA Commercial Deal Makers is available exclusively to REIA Members.
• REIA Members attend free with registration on this website. Participants pay for their own lunch.
• This discussion group typically meets on the first Wednesday of the month several times a year or based on Member requests.
• All levels of experience and education are welcome and encouraged to attend.
• Our discussion is limited to commercial and multi-family real estate investing.
• Locations vary at restaurants on the eastside and in North Seattle. If you attend this discussion group and have suggestions for meeting places please contact us. Hours are flexible, typically from noon - 2 PM.
• Location information is emailed to registrants at least two days before the meeting.

REIA Wholesalers Round Table

• The REIA Wholesalers Round Table is open to Members and Guests with registration.
• This meeting is a round table discussion group specifically for Wholesalers and wanna be Wholesalers. We strongly recommend attending the REIA Wholesaling Class before attending this discussion group.
• REIA Members attend for $25 with registration. Guests are welcome and attend for $35 with registration.
• The REIA Wholesalers Round Table typically meets periodically and on request on the first Tuesday of the month from 6 PM - 9 PM..
