HUD Homes for Investors
Join REIA in welcoming HUD expert James Nelson to learn the strategy and process to win the bid on HUD properties. James is a fellow REIA Member, Real Estate Broker with Axen Realty, Loan Officer with Nexa Lending, and a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
HUD Properties are properties that have been foreclosed and, because the foreclosed loan was federally insured by HUD, are offered by HUD as REOs, or Real Estate Owned, often at attractive discounts.

• Registration is now open! This meeting is available to REIA Members and Non-Members with registration.
• Prepayment Required. This meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests will be billed $25 for the Non-Member Event Fee at the email address within your registration. Payments are due no later than 3:00 PM on meeting day and may be fully applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or before the meeting.

This Tacoma REIA Chapter Meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests are welcome and attend for $25 with registration, all of which may be applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or prior to the meeting. A payment link will be sent by email to those registered and have an event fee owing. Please see important registration and prepayment deadlines above. We are sorry but those who have not registered and, when applicable, prepaid this meeting will not be able to attend. No exceptions can be made. Refunds are permitted up until 48 hours before the event start then all event fees are non-refundable.
